Founded in 2025 by Dylan Havard, Himar Dharmasaputra and Sol Godall, Urban Padel is set to redefine the sports experience in Jakarta. With state-of-the-art courts, a welcoming club, and a vibrant sports café, it’s more than just a place to play—it’s a community where everyone belongs. Offering top-tier facilities and expert coaching, Urban Padel is the go-to destination for padel enthusiasts of all levels.
The idea for Urban Padel came from a passion for creating an inclusive and accessible space where everyone can enjoy the fast-growing sport of padel. Seeing the rising interest in padel but a lack of high-quality facilities in Jakarta, the founders recognised an opportunity to introduce a world-class experience that combines expert coaching, premium facilities, and a strong sense of community.
With a deep understanding of both the sports and hospitality industries, the team has created a balanced approach—delivering an exceptional playing experience while building a vibrant culture through thoughtful marketing, social media, and events. Urban Padel isn’t just about the game; it’s about fostering health, fun, and camaraderie both on and off the court.
Dylan started his career as an international athlete, competing across different continents and developing valuable leadership and management skills. After returning to Indonesia, he co-founded a fitness studio in 2020, which quickly became the top-performing studio in Asia.
Himar, a passionate padel national athlete with a background in Sports Studies, has managed sports facilities in the Netherlands and Indonesia, bringing expertise in player development and facility management.
Ema Havard, Head Creative, brings creative vision and strategic expertise to Urban Padel’s branding, marketing, and communications. Her experience and work has been key to building a strong and recognisable identity for Urban Padel.
